\n\nOrganic Lavender Honey is produced by our bees originating from the wild lavender flowers of the Natural Park of the Sierra de Gredos located in the province of Avila (Spain), at an altitude of 1700 to 2190 meters. The Bona Mel organic lavender honey is of clear amber colour with reddish tones, of aroma slightly intense and persistent, sweet in the mouth and in some cases, with slight sour notes. We conduct honey harvesting in June.
